The Chinese New Year of 2024(Year of the Dragon) starts on Monday, 5^th February, 2024, which is slightly later than last year. Our China based factory will be closed from 4^th February to 18^th February 2024 due to the Chinese New Year Festival. However our UK office will continue to run every day (Monday-Friday), so feel free to contact us with any enquiries or email us on info@quick-teck.co.uk.

 PCB manufacturing orders:

--- Online Order/Quote form will be working, and online orders can still be placed, but please don't count these days as the working days: 5^th February to 18^th February 2024.

 

--- PCB manufacturing orders(except laid-back option) placed before 10:30am 26^th January 2024 will be sent to the UK office before the closure of the factory. So these will not be affected by the Chinese New Year Holidays.

 

--- PCB manufacturing orders placed between 10:30am 26^th January 2024 to 10:30am 1^st February 2024 will only provide 10 working days and laid-back options. No faster options are available during this time. For single or double sided and low volume(total size is less than 1 M² ) jobs, we probably still can manufacuture and ship to you before the closure but contact us please.

 

--- PCB manufacturing orders placed after 10:30am 1^st February 2024 will be made with high priority after the factory re-opens although it was ordered with laid-back option. Please don’t be surprised if you get your parcel ahead of the calculated date. Last year, the average lead time of the orders placed during the closure of the factory was 8.8 working days.  

 PCB assembly orders:

--- The assembly production line in China will run 18 hours per day with 2 shift basis from 16^th February to speed up these orders. For most of PCB assembly orders, it won't affect our guaranteed date, so please still use our guaranteed date as the expected date.

--- Our UK assembly service continues to run well so any orders placed using this service will not be affected during the holiday period.
